After taking May off from blogging, I’m well rested and excited to get back to into it.

Monday Meditations – Where I’ll briefly discuss a big idea or concept I’ve come across that relates to becoming the very best version of yourself.
Thursday Tactics – This is when I’ll publish my regular and thoroughly researched article on behaviour design, productivity and/or health.
Weekend Reads – I’ll end each week with a link roundup of the best articles from other bloggers that I’ve come across during the week.
